oh god

I've been having these spontaneous panic attacks lately.

I don't know why, but they're getting worse. they mostly happen when I'm alone. I hate being alone, I miss Obby when she's gone.

it's so cold in here, and I'm getting sick of Ramen. maybe I'll go out and get some pasta and mingle with the general populace.

it's not the same as having company, but at least I'm not alone.
